塑料检查井接出户管施工方案

检查井在雨污水管网的应用不光是起到检查管网的作用，同时也是接出户管的桥梁。所有出户管原则上都是就近直接接入检查井。

目前塑料检查井运用越来越多，今天我们来探讨下出户管与塑料井连接时常规使用的方法以及一些特殊的连接解决方案。目前施工过程中遇到的出户管绝大部分PVC塑料管，也有一部分的镀锌铸铁管。塑料井接出户管配件以PVC口径设置。

1、PVC塑料管与塑料井的常规连接是在井筒上开孔，安装马鞍接头，支管和马鞍接头或汇合接头接连。

1. The conventional connection between PVC plastic pipe and plastic well is to open holes in wellbore, install saddle joint, branch pipe and saddle joint or junction joint.

2、如果出户管不是PVC管，那么在接入塑料井之前需要把管材过渡到塑料材质，这时常规使用的配件为柔性接头或不锈钢卡箍。

3、出户管标高低于井筒的情况下，我们可以使用汇合盘，在井座上增加接支管端口。目前汇合盘使用在300内径井座承口比较多，其他规格一般会采用异径接过渡。
