一、检查井光固化贴片修复技术
1. The technology of light cured patch repair for inspection wells.
检查井光固化贴片修复技术,是将浸渍有光敏树脂的片状纤维材料拼贴在原有检查井内,通过紫外线照射固化形成检查井内衬的修复方法。是快速修复检查井的新型技术。
The repairing technology of light curing patch for inspection wells is a repairing method that patches the sheet fibrous materials impregnated with photosensitive resin into the original inspection wells and solidifies them by ultraviolet radiation to form the lining of inspection wells. It is a new technology for quickly repairing inspection wells.

1、检查井光固化贴片修复技术特点:

二、检查井CIPP热水固化技术
Two. CIPP hot water solidification technology for inspection wells
检测井热水固化修复是TURN YOUNG管道非开挖修复技术的延伸。按照检测井的构造和尺寸,设计加工内衬材料并灌浸树脂,运到工地后将其吊入需要修复的检查井内。然后利用压缩空气将材料膨胀后紧贴于井内壁,采用温水循环加热系统使材料固化后,即在旧井内形成一个内胆。最后将井口切开并安装塑料爬梯后竣工。
The hot water curing and repairing of the testing well is an extension of the trenchless repair technology of TURN YOUNG pipeline. According to the structure and size of the inspection well, the lining material is designed and processed, and resin is poured into it. After being transported to the site, the lining material is hoisted into the inspection well which needs to be repaired. Then, the material is expanded by compressed air and then adhered to the inner wall of the well. After the material is solidified by the warm water circulating heating system, an inner tank is formed in the old well. Finally, the wellhead is cut and installed with plastic ladder.

1、检测井CIPP热水固化技术的特点:

(1)施工时间短(8小时内);
