盖板模具在安装过程上要首先要清理边坡,保持平整,保障没有大的突起,再而做一些铺垫层,尽量保持平整。盖板模具具含孔材料的密度,应将材料磨成细粉,除去孔隙,干燥后,用盖板模具鉴定其实际体积。材料磨得越细,测得的密度数值就越精确。砖、石材等块状材料的密度即用此法测得。
